Hey everyone it’s the end of another exciting week here at Levy, and I can tell you it’s been a little slow around the office during the week. On the upside they did have Steak in the Cafeteria this week on Wednesday; you can’t eat that good for 3 dollars anywhere. Anyways this week I helped Mike put together an Arc Flash Safety Power Point that he will be presenting at all the sites around the company. In that I learned the importance of details and the setup for protection against electrical danger. I was able to observe and tryout all the protective equipment that will be a part of employee’s everyday life as well as aided in taking photos of the equipment in the field. Advice to you is if you’re given a chance to experience something that may not sound interesting at first you probably should take it, this turned out to be a real interesting and knowledgeable experience that I wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere. On a side note to all you guys in the future looking at new possible job opportunities, if you plan on Commuting to work daily(excess of 30 miles) prepare for some traffic frustration; and it only gets worse as the weather become less friendly, a 45 min commute can easily become an hour and half or more. To cap things off I have a very busy week schedule next week, with trips to Wallace Stone Quarry on Monday, Canton Ohio on Wednesday, and Back to Wallace Stone Friday through Sunday.
Nice post, thanks for sharing this information. Lot of information is available in this blog. Please visit our website for some more information arc flash protection equipment .
